Travel & Expenses
I am based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (GL51) and am available for travel across the UK and internationally.
Transport
- Mileage: Charged per mile for use of my own vehicle.
- Travel Time: Charged per hour after the first hour from GL51.
- Public Transport: Trains, taxis, or flights charged at cost.
Accommodation & Subsistence
- Overnight stays charged at the cost of suitable accommodation.
- Multi-day shoots may incur an additional overnight fee.
- Meals and necessary amenities charged at cost.
Expenses are always discussed and estimated before booking. No surprises. VAT is not applicable to any fees.
How Booking Works
- 1. Get in touch. Tell me what you need: the event, the date, the location.
- 2. I'll send a quote. Itemised, clear, and based on your specific brief.
- 3. Confirm & shoot. Once confirmed, I'll handle the rest. You focus on your event.
- 4. Delivery. Priority highlights within 24 hours. Full gallery within 48-72 hours via a secure online portal.
Payment Terms
- Due Date: Payment terms are strictly 28 days from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Method: Payment by BACS is preferred; bank details will be provided on your invoice.
- Usage Rights: No licence is granted, and images cannot be used publicly, until the invoice is paid in full.
- Late Fees: An administrative fee will be applied for each reminder sent for overdue accounts. This covers the additional time required for credit control and correspondence.
